State Wire and Terminal Inc., "The Company With Connections™", has over 35 years of service to the automotive, trucking, industrial, inplant and recreational markets.

The business was started by founders Ernest and Joanne Johnson in a small storefront and a Ford Econoline van in 1973. Starting with a philosophy of always putting the customer first, the business expanded twice at its original location in Pontiac, Michigan. Then in 1982, responding to an ever growing customer base and the need for more space, the company relocated to its present site in Davisburg, Michigan. An addition was completed in 1988 and another in 1995.

As the second generation of Johnsons manage the business begun by their parents, the entire "Team State Wire" staff continues with the idea that meeting our customer's needs is of the utmost importance. A team effort starts with the sales department that is responsible for getting the orders and continues on to purchasing that has to get those quality lines of merchandise into the warehouse on a timely basis. Then the warehouse staff must fill and ship orders error free. Even our credit department has their job to help the customer. Our goal - across the board - is to provide quality merchandise, competitive prices and first class service.

Meeting customer needs is exactly what State Wire and Terminal, Inc. has been doing since its beginning. We are continually expanding our product line to better serve trucking, automotive, inplant and industrial accounts. We currently stock over 10,000 parts with over 100,000 parts available to our customers through our many industry leading vendors.
